I was really really bored once, so I randomly kicked the air and stuff..
Then I spin kicked the metal part of my the couch, like, the legz or whatever.
Broke two fingers. Was nice.

well...
once i was sparring with a friend and he kicked right at me (blackbelt in teakwondo :/)
and i put my hand out to block it, and he tore a tendon and a vien in my thumb D:
the next day, his older sis sat on his arm accidentally and broke it D:

I was skating and I tried doing a laser flip and I fell down the stairs and broke my arms and my leg.

anyway my worst injury was when i overused my somthing in my shoulder everytime i swung my arm hard my shoulder starts to hurt like shit (playing tennis to much)
then i had to go to a physio he told me to take my shirt off o.o
then i had to do some retarded excercises and then and then
he put a strap to my shoulder, it was nice
