I'll give you some tips.
1st one is perfect. 2nd one is lol? 3rd is fine. 4th - Draw some rims infront, make the wheels a bit bigger. 5th lol. 6th - Make the jaw wider. Also, from the shoulders to the neck, if it is a muscular character, the shoulders to the neck should be more slanted, example-

_/ \_ That's what it should be, there shouldn't be an all of a sudden slant. Also, you forgot ears, lol, and the hair should kind of come down to mid jaw. 6th good. 7th cool. 8th cool. 9th repeat. 10th - The jaw slanted in to early. Make the slant not as steep near the ear and top of the jaw. Also, you might be able to put some hair behind the ear to make him look like he has longer hair. :D
11th- Thighs to long, make them slope outwards towards the middle. Probably could use more overall detail. Rest are great.
